Welcome to Lumo Club. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Lumo Club provides in-home cat sitting services in Singapore. We aim to offer a safe, stress-free experience for both cats and their owners.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or directly with a Lumo Club team member.
  • Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
  • Rates are based on the duration and complexity of the visit, and are subject to change with notice.
  • Additional fees may apply for public holidays, last-minute bookings, or extra services (e.g. medication, plant watering).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first scheduled visit will be charged the cost of the first visit.
  • No refunds will be given for early returns once a service period has started.

4. Access and Home Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe, secure, and legal access to their home.
  • Lumo Club sitters will follow instructions provided by the client but are not liable for issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the home is cat-safe (e.g. closed windows, secured balconies).

5. Pet Health & Emergency Care

  • The client must disclose all known medical conditions and behavioural issues prior to booking.
  • In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner and their designated emergency contact.
  • If necessary, we will seek veterinary care at the owner's expense. We will always act in the best interest of the animal.

6. Liability

  • Lumo Club and its sitters will take every reasonable precaution to ensure your cat’s wellbeing and your property’s security.
  • However, we are not liable for:
    • Illness or injury that occurs despite reasonable care
    • Pre-existing medical conditions
    • Accidental damage to property caused by the pet

7. Sitters & Substitutions

  • While we aim to provide the same sitter for repeat bookings, availability is not guaranteed.
  • In rare cases (e.g. illness or emergency), a substitute sitter may be assigned. All sitters are vetted and trained to the same standard.

8. Website Use

  • All content on this website is the property of Lumo Club and may not be copied or reused without permission.
  • By using this website, you agree not to submit false information or misuse our forms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
